Mentor Match Program
This program is designed to help students expand their professional networks while at the conference, gain personalized career insights, and receive guidance from senior professionals in photonics. Attendees sign up to be either a Mentor or Mentee when registering for the conference.
Mentor matches may be paired based on technical interests, and the organizers will communicate the matches to attendees before the conference begins. Mentors and Mentees will then be encouraged to connect, i.e., by email, before the conference to establish plans to meet up at IPC. Meet-up plans are at the pairing’s discretion, whether having lunch together, meeting at a social event, attending a talk or technical session together, connecting at a special symposium, chatting over coffee, etc.
