IPC 2025 Travel Grant Opportunities

The IEEE Photonics Society is providing travel grant opportunities to encourage early career participation at the IEEE Photonics Conference (IPC 2025), in Singapore.

While submitting a paper to the conference is not required, it is encouraged, as it can help distinguish between closely matched applicants. That said, volunteer contributions to the community are given significant consideration in the selection process.

There is no limit to the number of student chapter volunteers who may apply from a single chapter; however, each applicant must submit individual responses. Applicants from developing nations or those with demonstrated financial need may be considered for complimentary registration upon review.

Any questions or inquiries can be sent to Lauren Mecum-Smith, Senior Manager of Strategic Programs, at L.Mecum@ieee.org
