Author Notifications
Author acceptance/rejection notices are sent to the corresponding author as indicated during the submission. All other correspondence for accepted presentations will be sent to the presenting authors. If the presenting author has changed, please contact Danielle Marini with the name, email address, and 50-word biography of the new presenting author.
IEEE Copyright Form
If your paper is accepted, you will be required to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) to have your paper published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. This form allows IEEE the right to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, reproduce, and archive, in any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed any materials, including written, audio and visual works.
Presentation Template
Presenters are encouraged to use the IPC PowerPoint presentation template.
Registration
All accepted authors are required to register under the ‘Presenter Registration’ category and present their work in-person. Visa invitation letters can be requested during the registration process. The letter will be issued automatically once your registration has been paid in full.
No-Show Policy
All oral presenters are required to present their work in-person. There is no option for hybrid or remote participation. If you cannot attend the conference to present, your paper may not be included in IEEE Xplore.
Presentation Withdrawals
If you can no longer present your work in-person, please email Danielle Marini with your presentation title and/or submission ID.

Oral Presentation Guidelines
On-Site Instructions
- Check in at the conference registration desk to pick up your attendee badge.
- Bring your presentation slides on a USB. Each session room will have a laptop, screen, projector and microphone.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your session to upload your slides to the session laptop and introduce yourself to the Session Chair(s).
Presentation Timing
Audience Q&A is included in the times listed below:
- Contributed Speaker Presentations: 15 minutes
- Invited Speaker Presentations: 30 minutes
- Tutorial Speaker Presentations: 60 minutes
Poster Presentation Guidelines
All poster presenters are required to present their work in-person. There is no option for hybrid or remote participation. If you cannot attend the conference to present, your poster may not be included in IEEE Xplore.
