Paper Submission

POST-DEADLINE SUBMISSION EXENDED

Paper Submission Deadline: 13 October 2024

Post-Deadline paper submissions are intended to give authors an opportunity to submit new and significant material in rapidly advancing areas.  A limited number of submissions will be selected for presentation at the IPC Post-Deadline session during the Closing Ceremony on Thursday, 14 November 2024. Please submit your 2-page paper for consideration. Once presented, the work will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

PAPER SUBMISSION FORMAT & INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The 2-page paper should be typed single space with one-inch margins on all four sides. Charts, illustrations, and figures must fit within the 2-page paper limit. Please use the IPC 2024 paper template here.
  2. The 45-word abstract will be used in the online program.
  3. The IEEE Xplore proceedings will only contain accepted papers that are presented at the conference.
  4. To ensure your paper is IEEE Xplore compliant, please use IEEE PDF eXpress. Once the instructions are available, they can be found here.

AUTHOR NOTIFICATIONS/COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

Author acceptance/rejection notices are sent to the corresponding author as indicated during the electronic submission. All other correspondence for accepted papers will be sent to the presenting author as indicated during the electronic submission. Questions regarding the submission process or technical program should be directed to the Program Specialist, Danielle Corrigan at d.corrigan@ieee.org.


IEEE ELECTRONIC COPYRIGHT FORM (eCF)

If your paper is accepted, you will be required to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF). This form allows IEEE the right to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, reproduce, and archive, in any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed any materials, including written, audio and visual works.


REGISTRATION

All accepted authors are required to register and present their work in person. Visa invitation letters can be requested during the registration process. The letter will be issued automatically once your registration has been paid.
